CUSTOMIZATION
- Provide your own floor plan or we can customize one of our plans to meet your needs.
- Up-charges only occur when increasing the size of the home; adding extra items such as windows and amenities; or if allowances are exceeded.
- Change orders requested after construction begins, will be paid for at time of the request. No charge for processing change orders.
- Countertops, flooring and siding allow color choices.
FINANCING
- We have construction funds available so all you need is a traditional mortgage.
- FHA, VA and NHHFA loans welcome (1)
- We will find a home site with you.
FLOORING
- Nylon stain resistant carpeting from our samples or allowance of $25 per square yard.
- No-wax vinyl flooring from our samples or allowance of $27 per square yard.
